Track Biography:
The point-to-point course is located at Loughanmore, Dunadry near Templepatrick.
Our landowner, Wilson Dennison has owned and produced a number of top-class national hunt horses including graded winners Yorkhill, Shaneshill, and Bellshill.
Our point-to-point is proud to have launched the career of many talented young horses who have gone on to make six figure sums at the horse-in-training sales in both Ireland and the UK. Some of the leading names include the Cheltenham festival winner Ted Veale and the Cheltenham Gold Cup runner-up Truckers Tavern.
Its reputation as one of the premier tracks in the country, ensures that is has a particularly strong recent roll of honour, with the four-year-old maiden that is run at their Easter fixture really standing up to the test of time.

By Road
From Belfast– Take the M2 to the international airport exit. Turn left to Templepatrick and take the third exit off the first roundabout. Once you pass the Hilton Hotel take the first road on the left.
By Air
Loughanmore point-to-point is located 15 minutes from Belfast International airport and 25 minutes from George Best airport.

Combined with extensive free parking we have a number of natural and man-made banks to help with viewing.
As the parking is in the centre of the course you are never too far from the action. This also provides an ideal spot to enjoy a picnic while you enjoy the racing.
Disabled parking and toilets are provided at the track which allows all race goers to enjoy their days racing.
In our bookmakers ring you can view and bet on any off-course races on the day in both England and Ireland.

We offer a variety of catering options.
Our outside food caterers are located beside the parade ring and bookies and they sell an array of hot food options such as burgers, chips, sausages and chicken goujons.
If you would like to satisfy your sweet tooth we have a doughnut stall and an extensive sweet and chocolate stand that sells a selection of delicious goodies.
If you would a treat for the day we also have an ice-cream van in attendance.

Race goers can purchase teas and coffees from our special coffee cart that sells a variety of popular coffee options.
Soft drinks and juices can be purchased from our outside catering outlet.
If you would like something a little stronger to keep you warm during your days racing, alcohol can be purchased in our on-course bar.
No, we do not have an official dress code we just advise our race goers to stay warm and dry for your days racing and to prepare yourself for all types of Irish weather.
Dogs are very welcome, but need to be kept on a lead at all times.
Yes, we welcome visitors to bring their own picnics or refreshments. We also have a range of catering options on course if you don?t fancy packing a picnic for the day.
At our point-to-point, we are lucky to have wide open spaces for children to play in a safe environment.
No we do not provide an ATM so we recommend that you make a stop in Templepatrick on your way to the races.

It is hard not to side with anything outside of the Gerald Quinn stable after the stellar start to the new season that their runners have experienced, which included a four-timer at Portrush last Saturday. BELLE DE VASSY will bid to keep that winning run going here and has the benefit of recent race fitness having finished third on debut at Toomebridge two weeks ago. Queens Abbey is the obvious danger after she finished third at Tattersalls in April, whilst Josie Bee was beaten just over three lengths at Borris House and is another for the shortlist.

BALLYEDWARD more than acquitted himself on debut when he finished third around here in April, and with the Toomebridge scorer Manhatten Valley having finished behind him on that occasion, the form has been nicely advertised to leave him as the one to beat. Chichester Park represents a stable that have started the season well, and he made the frame at Toomebridge two weeks ago which will give him the race fitness edge, whilst Soldier In May represents further in-form connections and he finished third when the stable second-string at Castletown-Geoghegan.

This is a very open-looking race, with LINDEVILLE getting the tentative selection. She did not get far on her return to action at Toomebridge recently when slipping up at an early point, but she was only beaten four lengths at Inchydoney prior to that. Love Bite has joined Derek OConnor from Nicky Henderson, and this should be a drop in grade for her. Kimjoy brings a relatively similar track record into this, whilst Shilnavogie was third at Toomebridge on her return from a 12-month absence and that might have brought her forward.

Representing leading connections, big things will be expected at this level.
